Farm salmon and spinach lasagna

Ingredients

2 farm-raised steaks or fillets salmon skin off (6 oz.each)
14,1 oz. frozen spinach
About 10 lasagna noodles
4,4 oz. mascarpone cheese
grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Procedure

Take off all salmon fishbones and cut the fish in little cubs. Defrost the spinach, mix them with the mascarpone and season the mixture.

Let's heat water up and cook the lasagna noodles (what have to keep some hardness).

Preheat the oven at 400°F.

In an oiled dish, lay a lasagna noodle, add salmon, lay another lasagna noodle and spread spinach. Repeat the operation and finish it with laying a lasagna noodle. Sprinkle with parmesan.

Put the dish covered with aluminium in the oven during 20 of 30 min. Remove the aluminium 5 min before the end of the cooking and let's the dish brown.
